Please note: Any cancellations made after 4:30 p.m. the day prior to the scheduled event must be followed up with a phone call. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled event will incur charges.

If your request is urgent and you have reached us outside the business hours of 8:00am–4:30pm, Monday through Friday, please follow up with a phone call at 203-498-6879.

Please check this box if you do not already have a signed contract on file for the current school year agreeing to our evaluation rates. We will send you a contract for signature. Once we receive the signed contract, we will be able to move forward with the requested service or evaluation.
