How to Enter a Maintenance Request from Interfaces

This article is accessible to everyone.

This article describes how to enter a request for maintenance.  Usually to fix or repair items like plumbing, electrical, waste disposal, etc.

Maintenance requests are only allowed to be made by secretaries and maintenance staff.  If your account is not part of those groups, your account will not be able to view the maintenance service or enter requests.

To Enter a Maintenance Service Request

A link exists on Interfaces to go directly to the Maintenance Request service.

Log into Interfaces with your ACES account, click on Tools & Resources, then Teamdynamix Service Desk (TDX)

There are several required fields on the form (indicated by an asterisk).  Choose the appropriate information from the pull down menus and enter any additional information in the description.

Click the green "Submit" button at the bottom of the page to submit the request.

Maintenance will be automatically notified of any new requests.

You may review any of your open requests by clicking the "View My Submitted Tickets" on the main TeamDynamix Page.
