Maybe your Chromebook hasn't been shut down in a few days.

There should be only 1 user and that is the student from ACES. To try to fix a connection issue, remove ALL users. This should help with clearing any saved data. Then, as an ACES student, log in again and check to make sure you are connected to the correct home WiFi network.

Press and Hold the Refresh button + Power

When the Chromebook starts up, release the Refresh button
